Due to contact restrictions we are limiting club night to two sessions.  Sign up is below 

First session is for Grades 4-6.  Second sessions is Grades 1-3.

Once we hit 20 places for a session we will not be able to take any more so first come first served.  Form submission does not confirm you are in as we cannot set a limit to the number of submissions.
