The 2018 BTC Open is with us again.  We look forward to welcoming players and supporters alike to the club.  For those who haven’t visited us before see the map below for our location

Parking

On busier days our car park fills up really quickly. It is not used just by us so as the week progresses it may not be possible to get a spot. Please do not try and squeeze into a non existent space and keep the disabled parking spots for free for their intended use.

When parking in the area please be mindful of our neighbours and do not block drives or cause any obstructions. Even parking a few streets away means you only have 2-3 minute walk to the club.

Checking In and Timing

Please give your self time to arrive and park and check in on arrival in the front office. This will be staffed throughout the torunament. Our office phone number is up top so if there is an emergency please ring it and let us know well in advance.

Like all tournaments this is a busy time for us all and we appreciate your patience and help to make this go smoothly.
